Hi, my name is Marie Symonette. My early years of growing up in Nassau Bahamas gave me a sense of being disciplined. After leaving the Bahamas in 1979, I returned to the United States to pursue my education and being a mother at the same time. I love cooking, reading, and dancing. Music is another great pleasure of mine. Not to mention attending concerts. Enjoy being adventurous and traveling when it is possible to see other places.

After a short time working in the banking industry, I decided to pursue my career in accounting. Over the last 38 years, I have worked in both small companies and large corporations. Most recently, completed 11 years in the non-profit sector.

During my years working in the accounting field, I have held various roles from accounts receivable, to accounts payable clerk positions. Finally, as an accountant, and ran a credit card division.
